We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@flesoley.com. Please return your Flè   Solèy product(s) within 30 days of purchase with the original packaging and invoice for a full refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns after 30 days will be issued 50% company credit. We reserve the right to not accept a return and charge a 25% restocking fee for non-defective products. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item at info@flesoley.com.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be contacted by email. Please note that it may take multiple business days for your request to be processed.
